The reason they cost more here is because this is the only place they are allowed to advertise prescription drugs to patients. The percent more they cost is the amount it costs for the advertising budget. But of course any attempt to stop this would just be attributed to more liberal interference in private enterprise. That is how they made you a prisoner to your own beliefs.
