Barney The Fudge Packer Franks is immune, apparently, from any investigation, indictment or incarceration. His actions alone were more contributory to the mortgage collapse then anyone else; he's the Bernie Madoff of the US House of Representatives. Had this entirely squalid episode been in the private sector, there would have been hordes of investigators going through every detail of Barney and his limp-wristed boyfriend. But since he's a Democrat, he'll just have to wait his time in line behind (no un intended) the other thugs, like Tom Daschle, and other tax scofflaws. (Ooops, don't tell our resident Whiner that this thread turned political, or he'll report us!) Truth be known, there's too much stuff buried, that doesn't see the light of day mostly, and too many people are in the dark about what's happening to our country. We really need to wake up before The Bastard socializes everything else.
