Vietnam had liberated the oppressed World while paying this noble task
with the blood of 3 millions of the flowers of her Youth for 30 years
(19945-1975).

Now Vietnam need some rest taking care of her People , freeing them
from wants.

his heirs's Foreign Minister to condemn the bombings of the United
Nation Headquarter and the Red Cross.
