Default Patriot vs. Patriot

If you're against the war, are you against America?***

PATRIOT #1: Anti-war protestors are traitors. They provide a boost to the enemy. They endanger troops marching on Baghdad. They are a bunch of phonies. They don't believe in the American military and will use any excuse they can to bash the President. He believes This new anti-war movement is a Joke. They (the protesters) are the last ones who would go to war to win the right for people to be free

PATRIOT #2: Healthy dissent is the essence of democracy---and patriotism He has been to war. He fought in WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Panama, Grenada, Desert Storm, or Somalia. He's been there, done that. He says that part of living in a democracy is having multiple voices. He believes that you can love your country and still reject the policies of the current administration. HOWEVER, he also believes that once the war has progressed as far as it has, you must support the troops, and, like it or not, it is necessary to stand behind a President you disagree with. Nevertheless, it is still OK to express your disagreement by protest.

Who is and who is not a patriot? Aiee!! Such decisions. Where's Injun Joe? I need some Kickapoo Joy Juice!!
