Do ou approve of a 28-month sentence when sentencing guidelines called for 30 years? Do you approve of the judge making an unsubstantiated statement abou "nobody getting hurt" because of Stewart's actions? Do you believe that military tribunals are an appropriate way of dealing with terrorists, or should be moddle-coddle them like the judge did for Stewart?
