A favor to ask
 

As most of you know I maintain my own forum (though I encourage everyone who visits it to check PF out and join). I am currently serving as a Teaching Assistant for a class on the Vietnam War and am attempting to help my professor, who I work under in the class, create a discussion board for the class for participation grade purposes. If I can get him to just use my forum, I would love to have all you VN vets join up and help answer questions that students may pose as I think it would be a wonderful edition to the class to have your insights and experiences (if you are comfortable sharing them). I will let you know more by mid-week. Also, if by that time he is OK with my forum, I will then ask you all to join up. You are free to use your PF usernames, but I would ask that you put your real names in the posts. I'll let you know more when I get a chance to talk with my boss about it.
