Not Folger's!
 

The commercial says the best part of waking up is Folger's in your cup..wellll, I'd say the best part of waking up IS waking up then you get to da Folger's!!! Had a super night last night 1st time in months that I went to sleep apx 11pm & slept straight thru till 647 am without getting up upmteen times during the night. As is par I run a course of 5-6 days getting maybe 3 solid hrs a night, up checking the perimeter 8 + times during the night then the bod wears down and allows me a night where I sleep 5-6 hrs but still get up maybe 2-3 times. This type of night as last night is like a rare jewel in that it seldom happens no matter how worn out and run down I am.

Working on #1 cup of coffee with 2 to go, couple local errands then to my reg. every Monday group mtg which I lk fwd to then back home later this pm.

I'm afraid I can relate to that perimeter checking stuff. I get that way too during bad times which seem to be happening a lot lately. Glad you got some sleep last night though. Looking forward to your poems. ;)
