Steve maybe we should tell them to click on the picture to get it started? No feedback is unusal.
Also is there spell checker on this site? I know I'm no ace in spelling and I'm a little insecure in
submitting these threads without a spell check. Thanks

RE: IED - Close Call

All I can say is that I pray daily for those fighting overseas. I have a few people that I know fighting for our country and it is time for everyone out there to thank them for all that they do for us. Recently, a good friend of mine went into a restaurant with his soon to be son-in-law who was in uniform on the day he was to return from leave. He overheard someone make a snide comment about a "wanna be soldier" and about came unglued. When are people going to realize that these people are fighting for us and even if we don't believe in the war, we need to support our troops!

Welcome to the site and yes its happening to many. I too (and many others) don't have to be there to understand the delema these folks going through. Yes WAR is HELL no two ways about it. These folks who wear the uniform in our behalf MUST BE SUPPORTED regardless of the political issues that got us there.

We all have people overthere who we care about. We all are saddened when they are lost or hurt. And yes the wannabee's are in every war. They are easily spotted and read the riot act when discovered. I salute your decision to support the troops - that's all we can do from here.

Keep the faith and support their efforts as they are on the front line for all of us. You will be hard pressed to find anyone on this site who will differ with that point.

Boats,

Added the "click on image" info.

And I don't see a spell check either.

Wow can't get much closer than that.

Boats this particular forum software does not have a good spell check option but we do have a good one on the site you can download and install. Go to the downloads page, go to utilities, download and install iespell. This will add a "Check Spelling" link on your menu when you and select text and then right click on it.

I use Firefox Browser and they have a good spell checker that keeps me half way good on spelling :)

I'm always amazed when viewing thees IED video clips anyone survives
