Winn new commander makes history
 

During the July heat and humidity of the South Georgia region, Brigadier General, Telita Crosland, Commanding General Regional Health Command Atlantic gave a warm welcome to incoming U.S. Army Medical Department Activity-Fort Stewart, Winn Army Community Hospital Commander, Col. Michelle Munroe, as outgoing MEDDAC-Winn ACH Commander, Col. Christopher Warner, said his goodbyes during a change of command ceremony held at Fort Stewart's Marne Garden July 13.
