Hey Dave I wonder if we need two more main topic files 1) for Afganistan and 1) for Pakistan - I don't know where to separate the threads anymore.

We do have one for Afghanistan under the conflicts section named Enduring Freedom (the name of the operation in Afghanistan). I have not made one for Pakistan as they are both fighting the same enemies in the same border regions.
