?At least six fires (to this point), and all begun (it was reported) within a short time of each other in San Diego County?, amazing, simply amazing!!

As of the time of this writing, 7 A.M., PST, utilizing pen and quill (or so it seems), our juice (electric) is still out east of San Diego, no TV (or radio reception) for news of what in the Hell is going on, and the only way out of the mountains is east across the high country and into the desert!

The freeway (Interstate 8) is closed down, as is the only other alternate route (Highway 94) and if it wasn?t for outgoing calls (no incoming), we may as well be living on Mars! Also, the telephones too, have been hit and miss, being out of order more than operable, due to burned down poles!

So let us say, for the purpose of discussion, that all of these far-spread - and simultaneous fire-storms, are not related (as our mayor implied) to terrorist activity (Bull-Shit?), would that not tell you something? I mean after-all, if wildfire can cut-off an entire region, what would a gaggle of terrorist be capable of pulling off?! ?AIN?T IT A GRAND FEELING TO BE SO VULNERABLE??

But it really doesn?t surprise me, however, especially after this fiasco, that we are still in the dark as to the whereabouts of the likes of bin Laden and Hussein? After all, how in the Hell do you expect to find those two turds in an area the size of California, when we can not even find the light-switches in San Diego County? :cd:
