Polk County Florida officer killed
 

Friday.
This morning an officer stopped a vehicle for speeding, The occupant got out of his vehicle and ran into the nearby woods, The officer called for back up and a Canine unit arrived and both officers and the dog went into the woods looking for the occupant. The person then Shot both officers and the dog. The Dog and one officer were killed and the other officer was wounded. A few hours later the 100 acres were surrounded by over 500 officers and an Armored personnel carrier. The Sheriff of Polk County was giving an interview with a FOX affiliate when the wooded area erupted with gunfire 100's of shots, the Sheriff said he had to go and left the interview.

With the amount of gunfire that could be heard on TV , I have no dought that the person did not make out well.
This is the way to deal with someone that kills a cop, (unlike NY)

Seems he was a Jamaca person with ties to drugs.

Just saw he was killed by the police. I agree. There was a guy here that ran over a family coming out of Micky D's several times killing a little girl. He as captured and is on trial for murder facing a death sentence. Once in jail they found out he has cancer and is being treated for it at taxpayers expense has cost over 400 k so far. Take him out of the cell and shot him now :d:
