Joy still can't log on but would like help.

Peter is re-enlisting next month & she'd like to have a patch made for him.

The graphic is not a problem but she can't find the motto of the gunners mate.

"Nonsolis Radios Sediouis Fulmina Mitto."

She'll probably put it on a leather or safety vest. He's got enough leather jackets.

That is one cool motto. Our motto in Vietnam was: " Oh, Shit! The Navy's short again!" (Just kiddin'!)

One of the ships my brother, (CT Spook), was on was the Bon Homme Richard. I accidently found a model of it in an obscure catalog and am sending it to him for Christmas. Gunner, see if you can scan the patch your Momma and Daddy had made and post it here. We'd love to see it.

Sorry but the patch will not be made for a while.

I got "Reduced in Force" on November 14th so don't have the money to get 50 minimum patches made.

I have the design finished (except curving the text).

We exchanged a couple of emails with David but logging on with the password we talked about didn't work.

Looks good so far! By the way, it's Gunner's Mate. I do like the layout. If you get 50, you could sell some on eBay. There's nothing on there for us. You might be able to sell the design as well.

Are you still unable to log onto the site with the joy name? It may be that the name has an apostrophe which has caused me some troubles in the past as databases do not like apostrophes upon occasion.
